Covid-19 update

During the current global pandemic we are obviously unsure as to how or if the Craft Fayre can go ahead.

As we progress through the lock down we will constantly be monitoring the situation and will make a decision as to if or how the craft fayre will run in mid July.

Should we decide to cancel we will offer all who have booked a stall either a refund or a "rollover" to next year.

We will inform all stall holders via email or telephone in late July.


Stall holders information and conditions

Reserving a table

Places are booked on a first come first served basis and will be allocated to you once payment for the table has been received. The table position you choose is final and non negotiable. We do not allow goods to be sold which conflict with items we sell in the Garden Centre. We have the right to not allow the display or sales of any item(s) we feel are offensive, dangerous, illegal, poor quality or in conflict with our products. It is possible that more than one exhibitor may be selling similar items, at any particular fair. If you are concerned about this, please mention this in your request.

Event promotion

We advertise all our fairs in the local press, on our website and our social networking sites. There are also posters and leaflets around our centre. There will be a banner outside the venue during and in the build-up to the event.

Venue access

Access to the venue for stallholders is from one hour before the opening time.

Each exhibitor will get an approximately 6ft table and one chair, if required. If you do not need these, please let us know.

We open our fairs to the public during our normal opening hours and request that you be ready to sell when we are and that you do not dismantle your stall until at least 1 hour before our closing time. The venue is to be cleared before closing. Please leave the area in the condition you found it. Should you be booked for consecutive days, you may leave your goods within your allocated area. Although Baytree is locked, alarmed and monitored by cctv, we bear no responsibility for any 3rd party goods left unattended at any time.

There is no admission charge for visitors.

Parking

There is ample free parking and vehicle access close to the fayre can be granted, please ask if you require this.

Insurance

We recommend that all stall holder have their own public liability insurance

Baytree is not responsible for any injuries or loss to Vendor's person or property from any cause while leasing said premises under this agreement. Exhibitors accepts full responsibility for his/her merchandise and its safety and agrees to conduct his/her activities at Baytree so as not to endanger him/herself or any other persons.

Cancellations

No refunds are offered for cancellation made by the stall holder.

No refunds for table fees will be made unless the fayre is cancelled by Baytree. There will be no refunds for exhibitors cancelling due to inclement weather. If, for any reason the show is cancelled, vendor waives all claims for damages except refund of table fees. No refunds or credits will be given to stallholders who pack up due to adverse weather conditions.
