Sausage Casserole (Serves 1)

Sliced pork and leek sausages with new potatoes, bacon and leeks in an apple & mustard sauce.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Pork and Leek Sausages (28%) (Pork Cuts (Pork Shoulder, Pork Belly), Water, Rusk (Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin)), Salt, Spices & Spice Extracts, Herbs, Citrus Fibre, Sugar, Dried Leek), Water, New Potatoes (12%), Apple Juice (10%), Leeks (9%), Onions, Sweet-Cure Bacon (6%) (Pork, Salt, Dextrose, Preservatives (Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Acetate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Smoke), Apples (4%), Roast Chicken Stock (Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Salt, Glucose), Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide (Vit B3), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vit B1)), Rapeseed Oil, Double Cream [Milk], Wholegrain Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Parsley.
