Chicken Panang Curry (Serves 1)

A sweet, mild and fragrant curry infused with ginger, lemongrass, kaffir lime and garlic with a base of coconut milk and panang paste.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Chicken (45%), Coconut Milk (Coconut Extract, Water), Onions, Chopped Tomatoes (Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Creamed Coconut Sqaures (Desiccated Coconut, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Water, Demerera Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Ginger Puree, Tomato Puree, Panang Paste (Dried Red Chilli, Lemongrass, Shallot, Salt, Garlic, Galangal, Mung Bean, Shrimp [Crustaceans] Paste (Shrimp [Crustaceans], Salt), Kaffir Lime Peel, Coriander Seed, Cumin, Pepper), Thai Fish Sauce (Water, Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar), Garlic, Lemongrass Puree [Sulphites] (Lemongrass, Lemon Juice, Salt), Lime Juice, Coriander, Tamarind Paste (Tamarind, Water), Milled Lime Leaf, Salt, Cornflour, Ground Coriander, Ground Turmeric, Ground Cumin. Made in our kitchen in Kent, using ingredients of varied origin.
