An aromatic, green Thai curry with roasted butternut squash, peppers, sugar snap peas and coconut milk

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Butternut Squash (22%), Coconut Milk (20%) (Coconut Extract, Water), Green Peppers (12%), Water, Soya Beans (8%), Sugar Snap Peas (8%), Yellow Peppers (3%), Demerara Sugar, Creamed Coconut (3%) (Desiccated Coconut, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Red Peppers (3%), Milled Lime Zest, Thai Green Paste (Green Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Spices (Coriander Seed, Fennel, Turmeric Powder, Pepper, Clove), Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Lemongrass Puree [Sulphites] (Lemon Juice, Salt), Tamarind (Water), Rapeseed Oil, Cornflour, Salt, Tamari Soy Sauce (Soya Beans, Water, Sea Salt, Alcohol, Koji Spores (Aspergillus Oryzae)), Coriander, Ginger Puree. Made in our kitchen in Kent, using ingredients of varied origin.
