Cabins for rent

After the success of our Christmas Markets, by popular demand we have retained a couple of the cabins to stay up all year for hire.

The cabins are available for anyone to rent, whether you're an independent trader, part of a group selling a service, if you're fundraising for a good cause or a charity (registered charities and local good causes are heavily discounted) we'll consider all applicants.
Obviously we don't usually invite people selling the same products sold at Baytree, so if you think you may conflict, please don't apply so we don't have to offend.

Each cabin is 8ft wide by 6ft deep with a counter running the length of the front and one side. There is 10 amp electric supply, a light and wifi access.
One cabin is "stand alone" while the other two are joined with a seperating door in the middle, so can be used as a double cabin by one person.
Situated under cover between our main entrance building and the restaurant, footfall is high in both directions. The cabins "fold up" at night for overnight security if necessary.
We will also publicise your time with us on all our social media platforms

Don't forget everything is undercover so the wind and rain won't bother you.

Set up is usually on the day of the event from one hour before we open and take down an hour before we close, trading hours are 9-5 Monday through Saturday and 10-4 on Sundays

To be fair to all wishing to rent the space, residency in the cabins is restricted to two consecutive weeks with at least two weeks between stays.

Current rates are as follows; Monday to Friday £30 per day (Book the whole week for £120
Weekends are £60 per day or £100 for the weekend.
Bank Holidays are £60 per day.
