Caring for your Christmas Tree

Cut a thin slice off the base (trunk) of your tree to expose the new wood, it will help the tree to take up water and keep your tree fresher looking whilst holding it’s needles for longer.

Remember to keep your tree away from heat sources such as radiators or open fires and keep it watered!


This tree stand will hold your tree in place and the water reservoir will keep your tree hydrated throughout the festive period.

When you’re finished with your tree after Christmas you can bring it back to Baytree, where we’ll shred it for you and return it back to the environment.
