Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake (Serves 6-8)

A baked vanilla cheesecake surrounded by gooey chocolate brownie on our signature digestive biscuit base.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Biscuit Crumb (23%) (Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Thiamine, Nicotinamide), Sugar, Palm Oil, Invert Sugar Syrup, Rapeseed Oil, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt), Full Fat Soft Cheese (17%) (Skimmed Milk, Cream [Milk]), Permeate, Salt, Modified Tapioca Starch), Dark Chocolate (13%) [Milk] (Sugar (44.77%), Cocoa Mass (42.78%), Cocoa Butter (11.94%), Soya Lecithin, Vanilla Extract), Caster Sugar, Sour Cream [Milk], Salted Butter [Milk], Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Self Raising Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Riasing Agents (Sodium Carbonates, Calcium Phosphates)), Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Sea Salt, Lemon Zest.
