Chicken Alexander (Serves 1)

Marinated chicken breast pieces with mushrooms and peppers in a rich white wine and sherry sauce.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Chicken (33%), Water, Double Cream [Milk], Mushrooms (7%), Semi Skimmed Milk, Yellow Peppers (5%), Red Peppers (5%), White Wine (4%) (Preservative: Sulphites), Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine Hydrochloride), Salted Butter [Milk], Onions, Roast Chicken Stock (Roast Chicken, Maltodextrin, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Chicken Fat, Sugar, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Onion Powder), Sherry (2%) (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Rapeseed Oil, Cornflour, Mushroom Stock (Rehydrated Mushroom (Mushroom Concentrate, Water, Mushroom Powder), Salt, Cornflour), Lemon Juice Concentrate (Preservative: Potassium Metabisulphite), Chives, Parsley, Salt.
