Green Thai Chicken Curry (Serves 2)

Creamy, aromatic and packed with flavour. This has been on the COOK menu for 15 years, and we’ve been perfecting it along the way.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Chicken (39%), Coconut Milk (21%) (Coconut Extract, Water), Green Peppers (15%), Water, Coconut Cream (Desiccated Coconut, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Demerara Sugar, Thai Fish Sauce (Water, Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar), Lime Leaf, Cornflour, Lemongrass Puree [Sulphites] (Lemon Juice, Salt), Tamarind Paste (Water), Rapeseed Oil, Thai Green Curry Paste (Green Chilli, Lemongrass, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Galangal, Chinese Ginger, Kaffir Lime Peel, Spices (Coriander Seed, Cumin, Turmeric)), Coriander, Ginger Puree, Salt.
