Hearty Chicken Casserole (Serves 1)

Higher-welfare British chicken leg and thigh with roasted leeks, swede and carrots, in a tomato, chicken and herb sauce.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Chicken Thigh (24%), Water, Chicken Drumstick (17%), Leeks (8%), Carrots (6%), Swede (6%), Onions, Chopped Tomatoes (5%), Butter [Milk], Chicken Glace (Concentrated Broth From Chicken Meat (Water, Extract), Malto Dextrin (Potato), Yeast Extract, Salt, Glucose And Onion Powder), Cornflour, Roast Chicken Stock (Roast Chicken, Maltodextrin, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Chicken Fat, Sugar, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Dried Onion Powder), Garlic, Tomato Puree, Wholegrain Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Thyme, Salt, Parsley, Black Pepper.
