Spaghetti Bolognese (Serves 1)

A rich, slow-cooked Bolognese sauce with our own minced beef and pork, served with Italian spaghetti and shavings of Regato cheese.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooked Spaghetti (32%) (Durum Wheat Semolina, Water), Chopped Tomatoes (16%) (Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Beef (9%), Red Wine (Potassium Metabisulphite). Pork (6%), Sundried Tomato Sauce (Tomato Paste, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Lactic Acid, Oregano, Basil), Onions, Tomato Puree, Carrots, Italian Style Hard Cheese (2%) [Milk], Water, Beef Stock (Water, Yeast Extract, Salt, Beef Stock, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sunflower Oil), Basil, Rapeseed Oil, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine Hydrochloride), Garlic, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Salt, White Pepper.
