Roasted sweet potato with julienne carrot, cabbage and edamame beans in a katsu curry sauce, served with rice and finished with pumpkin seeds.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

 We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Ribe Rice (20%), Water, Sweet Potato (18%), Red Cabbage (9%), Julienne Carrots (8%), Edamame Beans [Soya] (8%), Onions, Coconut Milk (Coconut Extract, Water), Carrots, Rapeseed Oil, Ginger Puree, Garlic, Cornflour, Tamari Soy Sauce (Soya Beans, Water, Sea Salt, Alcohol, Koji Spores (Aspergillus Oryzae)), Light Brown Soft Sugar, Pumpkin Seeds, Madras Powder (Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Pepper, Mustard, Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel), Salt, Red Wine Vinegar [Sulphites], Ground Turmeric, Ground Garam Masala (Coriander, Cassia, Ginger, Cloves).
