Lemon Possets (Serves 2)

Individual pots of the classic creamy, sweet and refreshing pudding, topped with crushed shortbread.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Double Cream (71%) [Milk], Caster Sugar (17%), Lemon Pulp (7%), Self-Raising Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Sodium Carbonates, Calcium Phosphates), Salted Butter (2%) [Milk], Lemon Oil (Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Peel), Demerara Sugar (Cane Molasses), Golden Syrup (Sucrose, Invert Sugar), Rapeseed Oil, Water.
