Lamb Moussaka (Serves 1)

Minced leg of lamb, seasoned with cinnamon and mint, with layers of roasted aubergine and potato slices and a creamy, ricotta cheese sauce.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
