Red Berry Mousse(Serves 2)

A mascarpone mousse of redcurrants, blackcurrants and raspberries with a 'secret' berry coulis middle.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Mascarpone (33%) [Milk] (Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Raspberries (12%), Redcurrants (12%), Blackcurrants (12%), Cream [Milk], Caster Sugar, Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (Thickener: Guar Gum), Water, Beef Gelatine.
