Red Thai Chicken Curry (Serves 1)

A warming Thai curry made with marinated higher-welfare British chicken breast, red peppers, coconut milk, tamarind and kaffir lime leaf.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Chicken (40%), Coconut Milk (38%) (Coconut Extract, Water), Red Peppers (9%), Thai Fish Sauce (Water, Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar), Red Thai Curry Paste (2%) (Lemongrass, Red Chilli, Onion, Salt, Garlic, Galangal, Spices (Coriander Seed, Cardamom), Kaffir Lime Peel), Tomato Puree, Demerara Sugar, Milled Lime Leaf, Lemongrass Puree [Sulphites] (Lemongrass, Lemon Juice, Salt), Tamarind Paste, Cornflour, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Lime Leaf, Lime Juice, Turmeric.
Made in our kitchen in Kent, using ingredients of varied origin.
