Sarah Darlington's Hot Horseradish Sauce

If you like the full on hit of horseradish, then look – and taste – no further than Mrs Darlington’s hot horseradish sauce. Hot without being overpowering, a spoonful can make a serving of roast beef even more mouth-watering. Try it in a beef sandwich.

Ingredients

Water, rapeseed oil, grated horseradish (7%), dried horseradish (5%), sugar, acidity regulator (acetic acid), modified starch, salt, dried turnip, whole egg powder, mustard flour, flavouring , preservative (sodium metabisulphite).
