Chicken Dijon (Serves 2)

Marinated chicken breast pieces in a white wine and mustard sauce with caramelised red onions.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Chicken Breast (40%), Water, Crème Fraiche [Milk], White Wine (7%) [Sulphites], Semi Skimmed Milk, Single Cream [Milk], Leeks (4%), Red Onions (4%), Roast Chicken Glace (Roast Chicken, Concentrated Broth from Chicken Meat (Water, Extract), Maltodextrin (Potato), Yeast Extract, Salt, Glucose, Onion Powder), Dijon Mustard (3%) (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Wholegrain Mustard (2%) (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Cornflour, Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice Concentrate [Sulphites], Red Wine Vinegar [Sulphites], Salted Butter [Milk], Thyme.
