Succulent chicken on the bone, cooked slowly in red wine with back bacon and mushrooms.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
Red Wine [Sulphites] (27%), Chicken Thigh (24%), Chicken Drumstick (20%), Unsmoked Streaky Bacon (6%) (Pork, Water, Salt, Preservatives (Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate)), Onions, Mushrooms (4%), Silverskin Onions (3%), Water, Chicken Glace (Concentrated Broth From Chicken Meat (Water, Extract), Maltodextrin (Potato), Yeast Extract, Salt, Glucose And Onion Powder), Salted Butter [Milk], Cornflour, Brandy, Rapeseed Oil, Redcurrant Jelly (Sugar, Water, Redcurrant Juice Concentrate, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Dextrose), Garlic, Tomato Puree, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper.
