Smoked Haddock Bacon Gratin (Serves 1)

Naturally smoked haddock, bacon, broccoli and sweetcorn in a creamy fish sauce topped with sweet potatoes.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Water, Potatoes, Sweet Potato (12%), Smoked Haddock (11%) [Fish], Semi-Skimmed Milk, Sweetcorn (5%), Broccoli (5%), Cheddar Cheese [Milk], Coley (4%) [Fish], Single Cream [Milk], Onions, Plain Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salted Butter [Milk], Rapeseed Oil, Streaky Bacon (Pork, Salt, Water, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate)), Fish Stock (Concentrated Cod [Fish] and Plaice [Fish] Juices, Corn Starch, Sugar (Beet), Salt, Sunflower Oil, Pepper Oil), Lemon Juice Concentrate [Sulphites], Red Chilli, Paprika, Thyme, Salt, White Pepper.
