Sticky Toffee Pudding (Serves 6)

A sumptuously dark, fluffy all-butter sponge made with dates, vanilla and a deliciously sticky toffee sauce.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Double Cream [Milk], Brown Sugar, Self Raising Flour (Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) Raising Agents (Monocalcium, Sodium Bicarbonate)), Dates (12%) (Dates, Rice Flour, Cottonseed Oill), Butter [Milk] (12%), Water, Free Range Pasteurised Egg, Sugar, Unsalted Butter [Milk], Coffee Essence (Sugar, Water, Chicory, Coffee), Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Bicarbonate of Soda, Vanilla Extract (Extract of Pure Bourbon Vanilla Beans (Water, Alcohol (35% Vol.), Vanilla Bean Extractives), Sugar), Ground Ginger [Sulphites].
